The
Connection
Over a decade ago, Pam and Tara met while working for a health and wellness company in Northern California. They forged a bond over their common professional interests, as well as their love of animals and laughter.
They supported each other through big life changes and continued to grow in their professional philosophies. Over the last few years, it became clear that the best path forward as colleagues would be to privately collaborate on a holistic model of health and wellness, where the focus on ever-changing hormones and the gut microbiome would take center stage.
Now, those who are experiencing detrimental side effects of autoimmune dysfunction, perimenopause/menopause, or gut microbiome imbalance have an alternative place to turn to in Connections Nutrition & Wellness. In addition, they welcome clients who have a general desire to improve the quality of their nutrition, health and longevity!
